Alumetal aluminum composite panels Cleaning and Maintenance Methods

1)For daily cleaning,  especially in dusty or coastal areas. Use a soft microfiber cloth or sponge with lukewarm water mixed with mild neutral detergent (avoid harsh chemicals). Gently wipe off loose dust first, then clean the surface in horizontal or vertical directions, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry with a lint-free cloth to prevent water spots.
2)For stubborn stains like oil, bird droppings or mold, use citrus-based degreaser, warm soapy water (soak for 2-3 minutes) or 5% white vinegar solution respectively. Wipe gently and rinse immediately. Never use abrasive tools like steel wool or sandpaper, which will scratch the surface.
Inspect the panels every 6 months. Check the sealant around edges for cracks and replace it promptly to avoid water intrusion. Tighten loose screws and touch up small scratches with matching touch-up paint; consult professionals for large damage. Avoid high-pressure water guns, steam cleaners, bleach or strong acids/alkalis, as they damage the coating.
